Who we are
SpeedOnLead ("we", "us") provides AI voice agents that call, qualify and follow up with inbound leads for businesses, and a website at speedonlead.com. You can reach us at hello@speedonlead.com.
Two kinds of data
Visitors and prospective customers. People who visit our website or ask us for a demo or pilot. For this data we decide why and how it is used.
Our customers' leads. When a business uses SpeedOnLead, it gives us details of its own enquirers so we can call them on its behalf. For that data we act on the customer's instructions, and the customer is responsible for having a lawful basis, including consent, to contact those people.
What we collect
- From our website forms: name, brokerage or company, work email, phone number, and your consent choice. We also record when and from which IP address and browser you gave consent.
- For customer leads: name, phone number, project or campaign, preferred language, source, and a consent record supplied by the customer.
- From calls: what is said on the call is transcribed in real time. We keep the transcript, the outcome, any qualification details the lead gives (such as budget and timeline), and any site visit or callback arranged. The AI agent tells the lead at the start of a call that it is an AI assistant.
- From people who ask not to be called: their phone number, so we can stop calling.
How we use it
- To respond to demo and pilot requests and to send you the information you asked for. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with one click.
- To place and run calls for our customers, qualify leads, schedule visits and callbacks, and show the results in the customer's dashboard.
- To keep the service secure, enforce calling-hour, retry and do-not-call rules, and fix problems.
Service providers we use
We share data with providers that help us run the service, only as needed to do so. Today these include:
- Plivo, for placing phone calls;
- Deepgram, for converting call speech to text;
- Anthropic (Claude), for generating the agent's replies and decisions during a call;
- Sarvam, for the agent's synthesised voice;
- Google, for creating searchable embeddings of a customer's project knowledge base;
- Supabase, for our database and account authentication;
- Railway and Vercel, for hosting;
- Resend, for sending email.
Customers can also choose to send call outcomes to their own CRM through a webhook. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. To display pages, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and an animation script from unpkg, which means those services can see your IP address.
Security
Customer records are stored in a database with row-level security so that one account cannot read another account's data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@speedonlead.com. If you are a customer's lead, we may need to pass your request to that customer. If a call recipient asks not to be called again, the agent adds their number to our do-not-call list.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the customer instructs, and then delete or anonymise it. Specific retention periods will be added here after legal review.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
