Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the SpeedOnLead website and service ("the Service"), provided by SpeedOnLead ("we", "us"). The Service is intended for businesses. By using it you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your business. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SpeedOnLead provides AI voice agents that call a business's leads, hold a conversation, qualify the lead, arrange site visits or callbacks, and record results, transcripts and follow-ups in a dashboard. The Service is an early-stage product. Features may change, and pilots may be limited in scope and volume.
3. Pilots and fees
We offer free pilots to founding customers so they can evaluate the Service on their own leads. Any paid use, including pricing and billing terms, will be agreed with you in writing before you are charged.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and, in particular, you agree that:
- you will only submit leads you have a lawful basis to contact, including any consent required for automated or AI-assisted calls, and you will give us accurate consent records;
- you will comply with the telecommunications, marketing and privacy laws that apply to your calls, including any registration and do-not-call requirements (for example TRAI/DLT rules in India), and you remain responsible for those obligations. We provide tools such as calling-hour windows and do-not-call checks, but they do not replace your own compliance;
- you will provide accurate project information for the agent to use, and you will not ask the agent to mislead people or to pretend to be human;
- you will keep your account credentials confidential.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive calls, to contact people who have asked not to be contacted, to send spam, or to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.
6. AI-generated conversations
The voice agent is powered by AI and can make mistakes, mishear, or give incomplete answers. You should review transcripts and summaries, and should not treat AI output as legal, financial or investment advice. The agent tells each person it is an AI assistant.
7. Your data and ours
You keep ownership of the data and content you submit. You give us permission to process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We keep ownership of the Service, including our software and branding.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly during pilots. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we will try to give notice of significant changes.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost leads, sales or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or a nominal amount if you used a free pilot. Final wording will be settled after legal review.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if needed to comply with the law. Sections that by their nature should continue after that (such as data, disclaimers and liability) will do so.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
The governing law and the courts that handle disputes will be set out here after legal review.
